Having grown up in the Magic Valley, I have come to know and understand the area very well. I grew up and graduated in Kimberly, Idaho. Real Estate has been my passion since 2014. I strive to provide my clients with the best customer service and my goal is to make my clients happy throughout the whole building process. Moving to Idaho has been the best decision of my life thus far, allowing me to appreciate the ever growing cities around the state. I became a real estate agent in 2016. Before this adventure, I worked with special needs children in many capacities, with a specialty in behavioral therapy. I grew up in Southern California and came to Idaho in 2012. My husband Brian and I have 3 children, 2 of them are married and we have three grandchildren. Our youngest daughter is a student at BSU.
I decided to become a real estate agent to spend more time with my husband since he is a developer for Jade Development. I have been enjoying the time learning a new career. It is so wonderful helping people find a place that they could call home. I truly love meeting new people and serving them in any way that I can.

Jordan Beard
Born and raised in the Magic Valley it has been my privilege to call this place home. My love for Real Estate started early on when I was sitting in open houses with my dad who was a Realtor. Watching people shop for their future home and to see the excitement on their faces when those dreams were fulfilled was exactly what I wanted to help people do. I started with some building but transferred my focus to being a Realtor in 2007. In 2009 I became known as the “House Hunter” and have developed into a “Top Producer” in the Magic Valley by putting my customers first. I treat everyone as though they will be my neighbor because in the Magic Valley you are. I look forward to working with you and in the famous words of Mr. Rogers “Won’t you be my neighbor”.
